* Automated systems that use Discord, Steam, or other platforms in violation of their terms of service
**Specific to game servers:**
* Exploiting the server for mining or other resource-intensive side activities
* Installing plug-ins, mods, or scripts with malicious functionality
* Using the game server for purposes beyond pure gaming (e.g., botnets, file hosting)
**Specific to Discord bots:**
* Creating or hosting fake bots that deceive users or mimic existing bots
* Use for giveaway scams, invite tracking fraud, or identity theft
* Mass creation of bots or accounts without prior approval

3. Sanctions for abuse
We reserve the right to take immediate action in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, including:
* Blocking or shutting down the affected bot/server without warning
* Deleting all stored data in the event of serious or repeated violations
* Permanently blocking the user account
* Reporting to authorities in the event of criminal acts
* Civil claims for damages if abuse has resulted in costs or damage to reputation

As a user, you are responsible for:
* The content of your server or bot
* Compliance with all applicable laws and the terms and conditions of third-party platforms such as Discord, Steam, etc.

* Regular maintenance and updates of your software to avoid security vulnerabilities
